PULP AND PAPER APPLICATIONS

The manufacture of paper involves lot of organic and inorganic compounds that act as nutrients for growth of micro-organisms. Slime formation in the pipeline and other parts of paper machine will lead to slime breaks and spots. The end result is loss of production and quality. The use of sizing agents like AKD, ASA will also lead to the formation of deposits as a result of the reaction with calcium and magnesium.

The whole program is designed to control the formation of deposits with the use of biocides and deposit controlling agents coupled with boil outs.The application of this uniquely designed program will improve the runnability, reduction of down time, elimination of spots and wet-end breaks. Our products however do not interfere with the manufacturing process of the paper.
